For the purpose of this agreement, "Wizardry Suite" refers collectively to all programs, products, and services offered by Zarah McIntosh, including but not limited to the Art, Music, Business, and Life Wizardry Divisions, and all associated websites, content, and membership platforms.

Please review the following important information regarding joining any of the Wizardry Suite programs, products, or memberships, including details on cancellations, fees, and responsibilities:

  1. Membership Terms:  Membership is recurring and will continue until canceled. The introductory trial is a one-time offer, and regular billing will start after the trial period ends.
  2. Billing Information:  After the trial period or initial purchase, your membership or subscription will be billed at the rate stated. This price is valid as long as you maintain an active membership or subscription. For one-time purchases, the stated price is final.
  3. Content Availability:  Content availability for any course, program, or membership may change as new offerings are added and the curriculum/product is updated. We reserve the right to alter access and offerings within the business.
  4. Program Development:  The Wizardry Suite of programs, courses, and products are in active development. When joining or purchasing, understand that I am in the early building phase for some offerings. Content is actively being built through live workshops with member participation and feedback. Your input helps shape the programs and courses as we grow.

Please note: Live workshop frequency, format, and availability may change as the business develops and the course libraries are completed. Members will continue to receive valuable benefits, though specific offerings may evolve over time. Member pricing locks in for as long as membership remains active. We appreciate your understanding and input as we enhance our offerings.

  1. Trial Cancellation and Non-Refundable Fee:  You may cancel your membership at any time during the 10-day trial period. Please note that the trial fee of $10 is a setup fee and is non-refundable. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, ensure you cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed for the subsequent membership fee.
  2. Technical Requirements:  Access to the program or product content requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.
  3. User-Generated Content:  Members are encouraged to share their artwork, music, business insights, and feedback within the community. By doing so, you grant us the right to use your submissions for promotional purposes.
  4. Refund Policy:  All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products and programs, we do not offer refunds. If you encounter issues with content access, please contact our support team for assistance.
  5. Limitation of Liability:  Zarah McIntosh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or program content.
  6. Privacy Policy:  Your personal information is protected in accordance with our privacy policy. By joining, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this policy and in these terms and conditions.
  7. Results Disclaimer:  While we provide resources, guidance, and community support across all divisions, individual results may vary and are not guaranteed. Your progress and success in mastering the teachings provided, which may include creative, business, and life-skills techniques, depend on your personal effort, practice, and dedication.
  8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer:  Some of the reference images, music, promotional graphics, and educational visuals used across the Wizardry Suite may be created or enhanced using AI tools. These are intended for practice, artistic inspiration, skill-building, and educational purposes only.
  9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bonner County, Idaho.

By signing up, you consent to receive communications from us via email, which may include important updates, resources, templates, and other relevant information. If your email address becomes non-functional or outdated, we reserve the right to remove your account from our system at our discretion.

By participating in any live or recorded digital events, including but not limited to Q&A sessions, workshops, and livestreams, you grant Zarah McIntosh a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, use, and distribute the content. These recordings are the exclusive property of Zarah McIntosh and may be utilized within membership programs, educational materials, promotional content, and for other purposes deemed appropriate without entitlement to compensation.

Participation in these events indicates your acceptance of these terms and your compliance with applicable laws.
