1. Membership Terms:
Membership is recurring and will continue until canceled. The introductory trial is a one-time offer, and regular billing will start after the trial period ends.

2. Billing Information:
After the trial period, your membership will be billed at the rate stated. This price is valid as long as you maintain an active membership.

3. Content Availability:
Content availability may change as new courses are added and the curriculum is updated. We reserve the right to alter access and offerings within the Academy.

4. Beta & Founding Member Program:
Watercolor Wizardry Academy is in active development. Beta members (enrolled at $125/year) and Founding Members (enrolled at $220/year or $22/month) are joining during the early building phase. The course content is actively being built through live workshops with member participation and feedback. Your input helps shape the Academy as it grows.

Please note: Live workshop frequency, format, and availability may change as the Academy develops and the course library is completed. Founding members will continue to receive valuable benefits, though specific offerings may evolve over time. Member pricing locks in for as long as membership remains active. We appreciate your understanding and input as we enhance our offerings.

5. Trial Cancellation and Non-Refundable Fee:
You may cancel your membership at any time during the 10-day trial period. Please note that the trial fee of $10 is a setup fee and is non-refundable. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, ensure you cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed for the subsequent membership fee.

6. Technical Requirements:
Access to the membership content requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

7. User-Generated Content:
Members are encouraged to share their artwork and feedback within the community. By doing so, you grant us the right to use your submissions for promotional purposes.

8. Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and programs, we do not offer refunds. If you encounter issues with content access, please contact our support team for assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability:
The Watercolor Wizardry Academy or Zarah McIntosh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or membership content.

10. Privacy Policy:
Your personal information is protected in accordance with our privacy policy. By joining, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this policy and in these terms and conditions.

11. Results Disclaimer:
While we provide resources, guidance, and community support, individual results may vary and are not guaranteed. Your progress and success in mastering watercolor techniques depend on your personal effort, practice, and dedication.

12. AI-Generated Images Disclaimer:
Some of the reference images, promotional graphics, and educational visuals used in Watercolor Wizardry Academy may be created or enhanced using AI tools (such as MidJourney). These are intended for artistic inspiration, skill-building, and educational purposes only.
