If you love it (and we think you will!), you'll be charged either $22/month or $220/year depending on which option you chose. If you decide it's not for you, just cancel before the 10 days are up and you'll only be out the $10 trial fee.

Yes! Members can cancel their subscription at any time. Both Monthly and Annual members can cancel but won't receive a refund for the unused portion of the month or year, respectively. Either way, if you cancel and want to rejoin later, you may not get the Founding Member pricing back. As long as you remain an active member, your rate is locked in. Prices will only increase for new members, so joining early ensures you get the best deal.

Absolutely! The Academy is designed for beginners. We start with foundational techniques and build from there. No experience required - just curiosity and willingness to learn and practice.

Here's the truth: for hyper-realistic watercolor, quality supplies do matter. I recommend getting the best you can afford because good materials make learning easier and give you the best results. It's almost like cheating, to be honest. 😅

I'll guide you on which supplies matter most and why, so you're not wasting money on things that don't make a difference. You can start with mid-range materials and upgrade as you go. Actually, if you do start with low to mid-range supplies, you'll see why professional supplies matter.

Right now you'll get access to foundational watercolor courses covering color mixing, water control, and more. The library is growing - as I create new content, it gets added to the Academy at no extra cost to members.

Fresh practice materials for both realistic and foundational practice (reference images and coloring pages) drop on a schedule every month to help you build real skill, not just follow along. Q&A videos will provide personalized advise to overcome your unique challenges and are starting soon. They'll be posted weekly in the Academy and on YouTube as your questions come in.

A quick note from the heart: Watercolor Wizardry Academy is designed to help develop your inner wizardry so that you become an independent, confident artist. The practice materials, Q&A videos, and courses give you direction, support, and structure. They’re meant to strengthen your skills, not keep you dependent on step-by-step tutorials forever. You’ll always have guidance here, but the long-term goal is for you to trust your own judgement and creative instincts.

They're recorded and posted weekly to both the Academy and YouTube. You submit questions anytime, and I demonstrate or answer in video format so you can watch whenever works for you.

Yes! As a member, you have access to download your monthly practice materials. They are for personal use, so don't distribute the digital files.  Save them to your device and use them whenever you want.  

You are also welcome to share and sell your paintings, just don't sell or distribute the digital files you receive from Watercolor Wizardry.

Monthly ($22/month) is a lower cost monthly and Annual ($220/year) is a higher up-front cost but it saves you $44 (2 months free!).  Joining now locks in your Founding Member rate forever as long as your membership stays active.  I've set a 50 seat limit for the Founding Member rate.

If you cancel and later want to rejoin, you'll likely pay the regular rate (currently $330/year after the first 50 Founding Members). Your Founding Member pricing is only guaranteed while your membership stays active.

Nope! Just a device with internet access. For painting, you'll need basic watercolor supplies (which we'll help you choose).
